Jewellery care
I hope you love your earrings! To keep them in perfect condition I would recommend a few things.
To make is really easy I have provided you with a cleaning cloth. This will keep the metals clean and tarnish free and it will also shine up the resin nicely.
The flowers and leaves I use are real so they need a little care. They will not like sitting out in direct sunlight. They will still look beautiful but the colours could fade. When not wearing them I recommend storing them in the box supplied or in a jewellery box.
I also recommend you keep them away from substances that could dull the resin or damage the metals, things like perfume, chemical cleaning products or makeup. If you do get anything on the earrings, clean with the cloth provided. If you need a little extra help try a slightly damp cloth and dry them straight away, if left on water may also cause damage.

At the moment all transactions are carried out via Etsy, shipping costs and times are displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping Information
Shipping processing times
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If this happens we will contact you.

You will receive a shipment confirmation via Etsy once your order has been shipped containing reference numbers and where applicable tracking numbers.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Marnie Jones Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Marnie Jones Studio is not liable for any product damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy
Thank you for your purchase. I hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to me for a full refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on my returns policy.
Returns
All returns must be post marked within 14 days of the purchase date. All return items must be in new and unused condition, with all labels and extras still in the box.

Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, I recommend you use a tracking service.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, I will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. I will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
